A new gathering in Madrid united faith communities, cultural voices and social actors to reflect on the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The round table included a representative of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and Denise González. Speakers offered personal, cultural and institutional perspectives on how mutual knowledge can strengthen coexistence.
During the event, participants addressed themes such as human rights, cultural identity and respect for differences. Fundación Mejora linked the initiative with Scientology’s focus on human dignity and social betterment. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, emphasised that cultural and religious diversity is a value for society when accompanied by mutual understanding and responsibility.
